By accessing and using Quiet Echo, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Quiet Echo provides digital memorial creation and hosting services. Users can create memorial pages, upload photos and videos, and share these memorials with family and friends via unique links and QR codes.
3. Subscription Plans
We offer subscription plans with a 10-year online guarantee. Your memorial will be hosted and maintained for the duration of your chosen plan. Payment is a one-time fee at the time of purchase.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Quiet Echo a license to host, display, and distribute your content as part of the memorial service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.
5. Prohibited Content
Users may not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
