Daughter
Justene was the daughter of Gordon De Douallier of French decent and Louisa De Douallier (Leite) of Italian decent.
Justene had two brothers Frank and Andre.
Justene attended school in Observatory.
Justene's first job was with Middlemost Fashion House. Justene modeled their new fashion lines. But quickly fell in love with the design side of the business. There Justene at a young age learnt about different fabrics, designing new outfits and pattern making.
Needless to say Justene was always dressed in her latest high end fashion designs. Wearing one of these outfits Justene caught the eye of a handsome ex Air Force young man. Ivor Kretschmer.
Ivor saw Justene standing on a platform waiting for a train. He started looking out for her everyday. Why because he knew instantly that he was marry that beautiful, shy, poised, young lady, he stood no chance the first time he say her smile and laugh.
They got married six months later on 23rd of April 1960 in Observatory and spent 62 years together.
They have four children, that were the center of their lives.
Ivor worked hard all his life to provide for his wife and children.
Justene ran the home and took care of the children.
Weekends they took the children camping. Family time was important to them both.
Their children are Karen, Mandy, Linda and Rodney.
Two son-in-laws Andrew and Kenneth, one daughter-in-law Melissa, that they loved like their own.
Six grandchildren Bianca (husband Sean), Stephen (wife Stephanie), Credence (wife Alaina), Michel (partner Alex), Aliyah (partner Nardus) and Tayla.
Three great grandchildren Stella, Avery and Seth.
Unfortunately Ivor never got to meet the great grandchildren and Justene never got to meet Stella and Seth. But the family will make sure they are never forgotten.
